Return and Refund Policy

At Fasense, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we do not offer returns. Instead, we provide replacements only under the following conditions:

  1. Replacement Eligibility:
    • Replacement is offered only if the product received is different from what was ordered.
  2. Proof of Discrepancy:
    • To initiate a replacement request, you must provide video proof of the product opening. The video must clearly show the package being unsealed and the incorrect product inside.
  3. Request Timeline:
    • Replacement requests, along with the video proof, must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  4. Non-Eligible Cases:
    • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
    • Failure to provide video proof will result in the replacement request being denied.
  5. Replacement Process:
    • Once your request is verified and approved, we will process a replacement for the correct product. Shipping details for the replacement will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  6. No Refund Policy:
    • Please note that we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
