Return and Refund Policy
At Fasense, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we do not offer returns. Instead, we provide replacements only under the following conditions:
- Replacement Eligibility:
- Replacement is offered only if the product received is different from what was ordered.
- Proof of Discrepancy:
- To initiate a replacement request, you must provide video proof of the product opening. The video must clearly show the package being unsealed and the incorrect product inside.
- Request Timeline:
- Replacement requests, along with the video proof, must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Non-Eligible Cases:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
- Failure to provide video proof will result in the replacement request being denied.
- Replacement Process:
- Once your request is verified and approved, we will process a replacement for the correct product. Shipping details for the replacement will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
- No Refund Policy:
- Please note that we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
